Madhya Pradesh Chief Justice Inaugurates New Family Courts, Judicial Housing & Child-Friendly Courtroom
Bhopal, April 5: Chief Justice SK Kait of the Madhya Pradesh High Court emphasized that real progress in the justice system is not just about laws and judgments, but about the ease with which people can access and receive justice.
The Chief Justice made this remark while virtually inaugurating new family court buildings in Jhabua and Balaghat districts. The event also marked the launch of housing facilities for judicial officers in Budhar (Shahdol), Rajendragram (Anuppur), Shajapur, Kolaras (Shivpuri) and a child-friendly courtroom in Manawar (Dhar district).
New Family Courts for Faster Justice in Domestic Disputes
Chief Justice Kait highlighted that the new family court buildings will significantly improve the legal infrastructure for handling domestic disputes.

A child-friendly courtroom in Manawar, Dhar district, has also been inaugurated to provide a safe and supportive space for young victims and witnesses.
