Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini chaired a review meeting at Haryana Niwas to discuss the construction of a Sikh museum and Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas Museum in Kurukshetra. The meeting was attended by Union Minister of Power and Housing and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal, along with other senior officials.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the design and construction of both museums. The officials were instructed to complete the projects within the specified timeframe. Saini emphasized that the museums will preserve the legacy and teachings of the gurus, inspiring young minds with their life philosophy and ideals.
The meeting also deliberated on the theme, architecture, and visibility of the museums to ensure they are not only grand but also showcase their social and historical significance. Manohar Lal suggested that the committees formed for the construction of both memorials should hold in-depth discussions and seek suggestions from enlightened members of society.¹
